On Tuesday Feb 6, 2018, I had the privilege of presenting to North Bay's Business Women's Network luncheon.  I started the group off with a short Holy Love Experience so they could have a few minutes to let go and follow their inner light to a place of love. In the 5 minutes remaining i did a speed talk on the importance of Gratitude, loving one's self and using energy in a positive way.  I explained how we use our energy every day and if we live mindfully, we can use our super powers for good.  We have choice in every moment- every emotion, every thought.  Yes, we need to feel and process anger, fear etc, but the point is, you need to feel and then move on.  If you continue to complain, to relive, retell those negative situations, you will stay in the past where they were created, unable to create harmony and love in your life. I was searching and almost gave up on finding the perfect space for my treatment and teaching space.  I am forever grateful for Richard Fortin of Tweedsmuir Co-Working for crossing my path.  I now have the perfect space and place!  The space is not only based on collaborative work space, it is being beautifully transformed into a wonderful building that houses commerce, arts and wellness.  Even more important to me is the fact that I can teach and treat in the same space!  Suite 6, 176 Lakeshore Drive, North Bay, ON.  The entrance and parking is on Gertrude Street.  Come for a tour, come for a treatment!  My hours of operation are Monday to Friday 7:00 am-8:00 am; 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Saturday 8:00 am- 4:00 pm.  Sunday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Statutory Holidays- 8:00am to 5:00 pm unless closed. I have just finalized the content for my workshop series and will be posting information on this site in the next week.  I am very excited about the series as it will help to shine a light (no pun intended) on what Reiki is and what a beautiful energy it is to help us heal.  I am focusing on those who are new to Reiki and would like more information before having a treatment or taking a course.  Stay tuned!
