REIKI TRAINING COURSES SCHEDULE UPDATED

I have now added new course dates for Reiki training in the North Bay are on the Schedule Tab. Next Course: REIKI LEVEL I & II Saturday March 4 & Sunday March 5th. You are welcome to take just Level I or just Level II. I will accept registration up to Thursday March 2, 2017. You can register through my BookNow button. HOLISTIC HEALTH & WELLNESS RETREAT FOR WOMEN- NORTH BAY, ON

SUNDAY MARCH 19TH at Les Compagnons 27 Dudley Ave, North Bay, ON P1B 7A4 It would be great to see you at this one day Women's Retrat being put on by the fabulous Tana Simkins Corbeil ., Personal Health Coach. I will be leading the guided meditation - "Ocean of Holy Love" and offering a gift certificate for a 45 minute free Reiki Treatment plus a $50 Gift Certificate that can be used towards any Reiki Certification Course I teach. For more info on the retreat: contact Tana Simkins Corbeil Here is what she has shared about the day long event: Starts: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket- pillow if you wish. Full day of health and wellness. Topics to be addressed will be stress/anxiety and self care/time management. There will also be a mental health exercise and a physical activity.
