This is a wonderful way to not only be introduced to the warm, compassionate healing energies of Reiki, but to learn how to heal yourself and others.  You will learn all about Reiki; the history; how it heals; hand positions for direct hands on healing; healing in the auric fields as well as distant healing.  You will be given two placements (attunements) and learn 3 symbols.  Lots of time to practice.  You will be given a Reiki the Healing Touch Manual (International Centre for Reiki Training), Certificates, Information on becoming a member of the Canadian Reiki Association, as well as many other resources and gifts.  These classes are open to anyone 18 years of age and older.  The classes are held at the beautiful Co-working 176.space meeting room B which looks out into a beautiful garden.  In a quiet neighbourhood close to amenities.  There is a peaceful Cafe which houses a full kitchen if you wish to eat on site. On Tuesday Feb 6, 2018, I had the privilege of presenting to North Bay's Business Women's Network luncheon.  I started the group off with a short Holy Love Experience so they could have a few minutes to let go and follow their inner light to a place of love. In the 5 minutes remaining i did a speed talk on the importance of Gratitude, loving one's self and using energy in a positive way.  I explained how we use our energy every day and if we live mindfully, we can use our super powers for good.  We have choice in every moment- every emotion, every thought.  Yes, we need to feel and process anger, fear etc, but the point is, you need to feel and then move on.  If you continue to complain, to relive, retell those negative situations, you will stay in the past where they were created, unable to create harmony and love in your life.
