On Tuesday Feb 6, 2018, I had the privilege of presenting to North Bay's Business Women's Network luncheon.  I started the group off with a short Holy Love Experience so they could have a few minutes to let go and follow their inner light to a place of love. In the 5 minutes remaining i did a speed talk on the importance of Gratitude, loving one's self and using energy in a positive way.  I explained how we use our energy every day and if we live mindfully, we can use our super powers for good.  We have choice in every moment- every emotion, every thought.  Yes, we need to feel and process anger, fear etc, but the point is, you need to feel and then move on.  If you continue to complain, to relive, retell those negative situations, you will stay in the past where they were created, unable to create harmony and love in your life. Have finalized booking for Janati Yoga (Small room), Kingston, ON for Level I & II certification May 20-21!   You can take just Level I or if you already have Level I and would like to complete your Level II, you can register for just the Level II class.  Cost for both is $350 which includes a $75 non refundable registration fee. Welcome to 2016 and the Future of Reiki The last 6 months of 2015 were a whirlwind!   I have been working on changes for Earth Light Energies and over the next few weeks my website will be updated with class information, treatment times and prices.   To start the new year off, I wanted to share with you the presentation William Lee Rand gave to the Future of Reiki conference held in Australia Oct 2015.   William has done considerable research on the History of Reiki and provides some excellent information to those who are new to Reiki or have had Reiki in their lives a long time. William Lee Rand of the International Centre for Reiki Training had five Peace Medallions made, filled them with Reiki, then placed one at the North Pole, South Pole, Jerusalem, the International Centre for Reiki Training classroom and the Maluhia Lani Reiki Center .  He reached out and invited everyone to participate in World Peace Meditation monthly.  He has set out a schedule for the year and the meditation is always at 7:30 pm your local time on the scheduled Wednesday.  I have copied the information for the meditation from his website below.  I have also provided a link to the World Peace Meditation Cards so you can download them.  You can also be added to his email list. USUI HOLY FIRE MASTER CERTIFICATION- GLASTONBURY, UK (May 2015) In May 2015, I decided to take my Usui Master Level Training for the second time.  I am so very grateful to have been able to do do this in Glastonbury, UK with 26 other people and William Rand as our instructor. The above picture was taken of our class at Stonehenge in the evening of May 20, 2015.  We had just completed the second phase of the process to receive Holy Fire Reiki energy.  The reason I took my Master level course again was to first, be able to be attuned to the Holy Fire energy, and secondly, to take the class instructed by William Rand.  Above all, it has always been my dream to go to Stonehenge- it did not disappoint!
