It would be great to see you at this one day Women's Retrat being put on by the fabulous Tana Simkins Corbeil., Personal Health Coach. I will be leading the guided meditation - "Ocean of Holy Love" and offering a gift certificate for a 45 minute free Reiki Treatment plus a $50 Gift Certificate that can be used towards any Reiki Certification Course I teach.

Here is what she has shared about the day long event:

Starts: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket- pillow if you wish.

Full day of health and wellness. Topics to be addressed will be stress/anxiety and self care/time management. There will also be a mental health exercise and a physical activity.

A light breakfast and full lunch will be served. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated.

Cost is $125.00 per person
Current health coaching clients $100 per person
